Bisquick has long been a staple in my kitchen! Oddly, I never use it for pancakes, but it saves teh day in a number of other recipes. It's especially good for making tea biscuits.

Sorry, I forgot to add I would use my bisquick in a fundraiser for our church mission group. We partner with a mission in the Appalichias to send food, clothing, and supplies to needy families.
